DMCA-safe VPS for Adult websites

Hello people. 
I am looking for adult hosting providers that are relaxed about DMCA (don't have to be fully ignored, I don't mind being notified). Most DMCA will be fake anyways.
It's for:
1) Adult tube sites without uploads, no videos hosted directly so DMCA shouldn't be a problem (in theory?).
2) Adult websites/blogs with legitimate content, no blatant copyright violations.
To start I need Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with 2-4vCPU 2-4GB RAM or better, depending on price.
I did an extensive research and already have a few candidates. In alphabetical order:
- BuyVM (Luxemburg location).
- DMZhost: any negatives? They look great on paper.
- iHostART.
- Netshop-ISP.
- Offshore-Servers: I couldn't find any concerning negatives, maybe because they are not as popular and reviewed.
- Skynet.hosting: I found only one negative feedback from 2013.
If you have experience with any of the above I would appreciate your feedback. Any other service is also welcome.

Any plans for lower spec unmanaged?
If you plan to receive a lot of DMCA in a short time, then stay away from Icognet.
Although there are sites they use nowadays, but they don't get a lot of DMCA and don't take them into account, because some of them are FAKE.
BuyVM, I don't know if they accept DMCA, but many years ago they mentioned that they ignore DMCA, and there are some sites they use for DMCA.
But I'm not sure if they ignore DMCA today.
