The billing panel has been returning 500 for more than 12 hours.
can anybody with an account there check if their account still exists?
I'm unable to login to billing panel, https://billing.retslav.nl/forgot-password says "We can't find a user with that email address."
Login to https://vps.retslav.nl/ is still working.

I have the same but I received an email from the vps panel about a new vps... turns out I am now sharing my account with another person, with my personal data and email on that account. Now they changed the email and password so I can't login.

Most data of our billing panel is corrupted, we are manually resolving the data. This may take a while.
Are your systems compromised?
retslav.net now returns 502 bad gateway error. 503 for https://billing.retslav.net/
are the servers kaput again? can't connect to ssh, reboot stalls on loading ramdisk...
I've personally given up on retslav, way too much downtime, lack of timely communication, accounts lost...
Anything going on with the network? I have my VPN cutting out for a few minutes all day, and if I try to login via SSH port at the same time, it's "Connection refused". After connecting some time later, "uptime" shows the VPS was not down or rebooted. Someone is messing with the firewall or NAT setup?
Will there ever be any fixes? My VPS has been unusable for the past month. I keep having to reinstall debian (takes about 3.5 days, used to take 2 hrs) and lose my data cause it’ll randomly stop booting unless i reinstall (wasn’t an issue before). When it does work, stuff downloads at 0.364 Mbps and takes about half a day to install a few libraries. I can’t even login to the billing panel to cancel my renewal and support is non existent. @MrRetslav

We are still working on a few issues with adding products to accounts, so it may show up as having no services.
So, since about 5 days ago there are frequent periods of a few minutes at a time, when the VPS has no network. SSH connection would be "Connection refused", none of the forwarded ports will work, and if you were on SSH when that started, you'd be dropped with a connection reset.
It's almost like there was some issue with NAT or firewall, and to fix it someone decided, no problem, we'll just restart it from time to time -- and never mind that every restart takes several minutes, during which it's inoperable.
all of this is quite the disaster, i keep thinking someone pinch me...
