retslav not answering support tickets?
Hi good morning,
retslav VPS console, billing, tickets, and also the VPSs have been down for 11,5 hours.
Also after waiting for 6 months for my promised IPv6, asking every 2 months, the ticket was closed and I get no replies to my support tickets AT ALL.
Whats going on with this provider?

Also waiting for my VPS to return. This is the first such long downtime in 6 months. But hey, maybe it is to fix IPv6?

Chargeback and continue on. No respect towards customers should match equal disrespect towards provider.
Check our status page please, we sent out an emal but was blocked by a lot of email providers. We are addressing the SSD problems.

We are already planning to replace the SSDs within the next 2-3 months.

My VPS no longer marked as maintenance, but cannot be started either.
Wanted to ask in a ticket, but the entire ticket panel is down.
Maybe just refund the clients and close down?

We apologize for the delayed response.
We have made significant progress: 50% of all servers are now operational.
During the night, we experienced issues with our ISP that disrupted the server uploads, but we have since resolved the networking problems on the node.

well well, so we are on day 11 and I still cannot access my servers. I can now boot them and VNC them, but ssh is down and I cannot login to the root console since password reset doesn't work (no emails sent).
Probably still the same issue as 6 months ago (missing reverse dns)?:

It's a little funny that you have removed the IP address for privacy when everyone can lookup the hostname. + You have posted the other mailserver IP address in the url.

Mine is up and operational now, and disk performance is much better than in the previous recover attempt. Thank you!
Also the server now gets IPv6, but the outgoing route is not working.
Try changing some forwarded ports in your network settings in the panel to something else, click Apply, and then change back and Apply again. My ssh didn't work initially too, I fiddled with that, and then it worked. Not sure if that was the workaround that helped, or I just needed to wait a bit.
