- No, we currently do not have DDoS protection in place. However, we have implemented an automatic IP null route system to protect our network. Additionally, we are in talks with a provider for DDoS protection and will provide more details in the future.

I think a single person can provide 24/7 support to a small client base. However, I would be lying if I said I haven't missed a small amount within 24 hours.
