    Could you please tell me what the vCore to physical core ratio is?

    Could you please add Ubuntu 24.04 as OS template?

    Why does your billing area tell me that I have 1 service that is due to expire soon? I only have one service which I just bought and expires in exactly 1 year from now :)

    We haven't set up the ratio automatically, but my colleagues are monitoring the servers' resources to avoid overselling as much as they can.

    I have just added Ubuntu 24 template.

    About the renewal of your service, it's a new WHMCS feature that we've configured to allow people to renew their services in advance. I think I'll need to decrease the period from where that message appears.

    OK, now that's a bit strange then. I suspected Hostslick datacenter because of the latency I experience to your test IP (observed from several Amsterdam DCs); also, when I look at the BGP and traceroute it's going exact the same route (also checked from several Amsterdam DCs)
