eu/us (Choose wherever is cheaper.)
CPU 32c/48c/64c
RAM 32GB/64GB (Not much is needed.)
NVME 512GB more (SSD is not necessarily a bad option)
1GB port /The more network traffic, the better. I hope it can be unlimited.
Do you have any recommendations? $50-100 (Increase to $100-200)

    $50-100 budget and you're asking for up to 128 cores and 1G unmetered? Not even the basement hosts can do this.

    The 150€ box has just a single disk though, with possibility for raid it's more like ~165€.

    4x 512GB SSD or even 6x 512GB SSD ok with 24c/48threads dual Xeon e5 2690v3 and 64gb ddr4 RAM?

    Will be hw raid Controller with 2gb Cache. So Performance can be decent as raid10 for example.
