    I'm not sure what to do here. Should i praise the company because they deserve it or say that it is horrible to keep LETards from signing up? Tough decision...

    Just hope you'll never find out. I guess actually having sustainable pricing likely serves as a bit of a barrier towards the biggest LETards but one can never be certain when the work orders start rolling and things are refound... I mean, Debian thx, you know?

    i was customer in 2021 and i returned back. i am happy to be returned and can see service has been improved. just inquired about the filters part not sure if it will work but lets hope.

    Any score under 15 is potential false positive territory. I recommend a 25 myself. Though, obviously, up to preference. I'm working to get this to be a bit more clear as it's not exactly easily assumed and the way DA displays the high/med/low sort of complicates it.

    Yes.. We're sending mails directly with the Office365 Gateway. I didn't receive any complaints from other people about spam.. But we will monitor this :)

    We've a fair use policy. Traffic under 25 TB / month won't be a problem.. We're talking to customers which are using more traffic and have always find an acceptable solution :)
