We have a couple of configurations we're trying to clear out. These are a bargain bin of CPUs, there's no way to guarantee what you're going to get and there's no way to switch to a different CPU if it's not what you want. Make sure that the WORST CPU here is fine for your needs.

Intel "Special" 32GB
CPU Varies (Intel Core i7 860 or better)
32GB DDR3 RAM
1TB SSD
1 Gbps Unmetered
$25/mo + Free Setup

    The 7700K is clocked higher.

The price simply justified itself so I got one and received an i7-4770k. Already did few tests and I'm convinced that most likely will be keeping this for a long time.

Not looking right there. I know ReliableSite's network is very premium from my experience with another VPS hoster who use their dedi servers/co-locate. Try to check with the support team.

Unfortunately data center, power, labor, and hardware pricing is only moving in one direction.

I heard IPs are getting cheaper though :)

Marginally. A /24 is currently going for around $30-32 per IP. Compared to around $34-35 last year.

Honestly, I wouldn't expect many providers to be adjusting their IPv4 pricing over those kinds of marginal changes.

I agree, but at least it's going down :)
