Yeah you told me this AFTER I posted above, and 27 HOURS after the last response at 3pm yesterday. Anyway, I won't start a fight over nitpicking. I'll fix the fstab that you guys setup since fixing the three of the four servers isn't within the scope of support, apparently.

RAID array broken? Support is asking -me- to check fstab parameters a day after reporting the issue, which I was told -they- were supposed to fix?

Still no word on what the networking issue is or an ETA

I hope this all gets sorted out quickly

    hi mike,

can you please share the yabs benchmark, hows disk R/W & I/O speed,

    thanks

Server keeps cutting out when doing the speedtests...

That's due to DDoS protection :), i think you will spend a decades on that to get disabled or something.

Server keeps cutting out when doing the speedtests...

That's due to DDoS protection :), i think you will spend a decades on that to get disabled or something.

DDoS protection kicking in when pushing a few megabits? I’d understand that happening if the PPS rate was high, but a few megabits?

According to HostSlick this is an issue with the optics installed on the servers, and I’m just waiting for them to fix and provide an update before I definitively form an opinion

RAID array broken? Support is asking -me- to check fstab parameters a day after reporting the issue, which I was told -they- were supposed to fix?

Still no word on what the networking issue is or an ETA

I hope this all gets sorted out quickly

Indeed :), especially if aurologic protection is used here. Theirs protection is really sensitive, and i was getting mitigation even on 100 Mbit/s.

Server keeps cutting out when doing the speedtests...

That's due to DDoS protection :), i think you will spend a decades on that to get disabled or something.

We Need replace Fiber Optics on customers Server which we are on it. Unfortunately Today Public Holiday (easter)....

Gotchu, I saw you say something about Wednesday and having a high ticket count so I’m hoping by then it’ll be sorted one for good

Indeed :), especially if aurologic protection is used here. Theirs protection is really sensitive, and i was getting mitigation even on 100 Mbit/s.

Semi right. It was for a few months when some other upstream ceased Operation so it seems was because it was mainly used this upstream. But not anymore. I can show you Example yabs of our 10g VPS nodes. It wont happen there

Then apologies from my end. I just had another experience (not with you).

No worries. Its Standard practice at ddos protection to rate limit per TCP Stream/process or whatever you call it. Voxility protection does the same for example

Just to clear things up related to the network here is the test on 2g unmetered dedicated server from this sale.

Network is quite good and am loving hostslick, i can predict they will grow to be a very large and major provider soon.

How about you answer the tickets. The ticket is almost open for a month (#371631).

This kind of billing issue which is not a issue on our side is a special case and is under checking with payment processor. Thank you for your patience so far.

First of all you can simply fix the incorrect invoices in WHMCS. After that you can fix the issues with payment processor. It's been a month since the ticket has been escalated.
