I can customize it theoretically BUT
Until now we always offered pre-built configurations.
We are officially offering customizable dedicated servers starting in next 1-2months for the first time.
We are just preparing for it now by storing stock hardware (SSDs,HDDs, RAM, etc) at DC.
I already taken some customized dedicated server orders and now there are delays until hardware arrives. So i am not so amused to do it RIGHT NOW. You would be unhappy now if something go wrong (i.e. hardware arrive later then excepted with courier)... Then we both are screwed

Can I just ask one thing as i'm new to hostslick; do you have "premium" network? I'm just wondering because the server I currently have at nforce have "class 2" which is not the best, so maybe this server will be a bit better?
I agree with NFORE you can order different levels of "Bandwidth"... So its just about the bandwidth blend they give you i guess. I however cant comment on their network.
We here dont priorize any customers over who gets access to the better transit/uplinks and who doesnt by paying extra. All customers get the Premium blend of our upstream: A mix of Liberty Global, Gcore, ZET, Cogent and DDoS Protection by Aurologic.
Gcore and ZET for example are CDN Optimized networks with many POPs arround the world. Good for applications like streaming too. I would say yes, the network is premium.

I got a server too but sadly it was delivered with some kind of ram issue so right now im just waiting for them to fix that. Not the best start with a new provider for me but hopefully it will be fixed, then I can do a review too after testing it some more 
All four of my servers were delivered with some sort of networking issue... and then three of them died outright
