    I've submitted your order form, but nothing happens after pressing the Complete Order button. Sending in a ticket now.

    I was about to get one so I try to test the speed again and wow

    PING () 56(84) bytes of data.

    --- ping statistics ---
    15 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 14314ms
    And the download speed went from 30MB/s to 50KB/s
    Last night it was pretty great. What happend @host_c ?

    I don't think they have a service yet. I'm pretty sure they're referring to pinging the looking glass IP.

    Yep, mine eventually showed up, too. But I get an email with an order for $0.00, and no invoice to pay. So I suppose the invoicing is done manually, and I'll need to wait for that to arrive.

    Open up a ticket with us, and please provide an alternative e-mail in the ticket. I will put someone to change it and look over your service.

    I've been getting emails through slowly one-by-one. Paying with PayPal took forever and the website kept going unresponsive. Although seems to be getting better now..

    Yes guys, we are aware that our panel has some issues, we will try to fix it between the restock in the next 36H.

    I thank you all for the support you shoed, I did not imagine this being such a hit.

    Also I wish to thank all those that opened up a ticket and informed us about template issues, we will start fixing those also.

    I will ask you for some patience, as we have like 100+ new services and everybody is yab-sing the shit out of it and uploading stuff.
