Yep, mine eventually showed up, too. But I get an email with an order for $0.00, and no invoice to pay. So I suppose the invoicing is done manually, and I'll need to wait for that to arrive.
Open up a ticket with us, and please provide an alternative e-mail in the ticket. I will put someone to change it and look over your service.
I've been getting emails through slowly one-by-one. Paying with PayPal took forever and the website kept going unresponsive. Although seems to be getting better now..
