really sick of this joke...not just pointing at you but many other who commented.

we are paying and we are making something....it doesn't need to be millions, if it covers your monthly expenses, then that is your definition of millions period.

Do you have a ticket open? That's not related to the network outage yesterday.

No that wouldn’t have happened given slabs are on a completely separate network.

Guess it got stuck for another reason then. Any action towards the slab froze indefinitely so did the whole full stop & start slice. No biggie.

Right, unrelated to anything on our end. Namecrane LUX was behind path for a bit during my wedding the other week. I've since pulled it away from there for the time being.

Someone on your node ate a nasty flood. We had suspended the user, but the reseller in question removed the account, then restored the customer again.

I'm still working through testing mitigation to handle this type of flood but it's fighting me a lot. I'm hoping to get it figured out in the next day or so.

For now we put things back on Path but we did suffer an issue on Thursday where our BGP to them died. A rough week.

Sounds like that reseller likes living dangerously.

do you mean in-coming traffic or outgoing? or something else? I wonder what can go bad on "shared" plans.

I thought you were offering DDoS protection included for your hosting plans in Luxembourg DC.

Data Center page lists IPv4 Test IP Address and IPv4 DDoS Protected IP Address separately, which means protection isn't automatic.

No, we don't offer mitigation on Namecrane. We're doing some basic inhouse filtering for now for some volumetric, still have a few more things to tweak.

We can turn it on as needed, but isn't something we'll advertise for now.
