@zGato said: tell that to namecrane too, seems like you're only complaining to whoever you don't like. Be fair.

I never used HostSlim, but I only heard good things about them :) And yes I will complain to more providers when I see it so you can stop whining.

I have not looked at namecranes offers yet.

"Fair use" is a better term to use for such cases.

Yup, @Jack_SBE does that, just put 10Gbps Fair-Use, fair-use is never unmetered.

Hey Kait, I did add FUP to the port speed details. I did this when making the post ;-)

Yeah, but an unmetered FUP doesn't excist, since unmetered can't be FUP. No hard feelings, just dumb marketing everyone uses.

Think the main issue is your wording of "Unmetered".
Unmetered can't have any fair-use restrictions on its not "Unmetered".

Its a weird buzz word brands are using (up until recently we were doing the same). But for VPS' like this it tends to drag in the wrong kind of crowd (from a provider perspective anyway).

When I mentioned this issue long time ago, some users "jumped on my head". But it's not alright to pay VAT many times in just one buy. If I buy a product from Amazon, I pay vat once. If I buy a service from eBay, I pay VAT once. If I buy a bread from a shelf, I pay VAT once.

In 1 buy, VAT can be added just once. Not 2-3 times (I know, it may happen to pay VAT twice)

Anyway, this is the statement on paddle https://www.paddle.com/help/manage/get-paid/should-i-charge-paddle-vattax-for-payouts

We had this discussion with them. They should stop charging tax. They seem a bit stubborn. I have a meeting planned with them.

I have been using the server for more than six months (KVM PURESSD VPS (4th of July)). Overall I'm happy, but packet loss occurs periodically. @VPSSLIM tell me please, you say that support for DDoS protection has appeared. Can it be added to an existing instance?

You even marked a refund request as "High" priority, quite funny.
