We are ramping up in LA after a recent issue and update to the services there. Slots open up each day. If you PM, I can get something prepared for you.
If you can open a ticket this would help (if you have not already done so). The Ryzen launch is in NYC so while you can still connect from China, it is probably not ideal while some have better experiences than others. Most that want the better connectivity into China are in Utah or LA with us.
