Best Email Service Provider — ??
Looking for best email service provider.
Using mail.baby with our cpanel server. They reject mostly emails and charge us even for rejected mails.
Client sent the emails and mailbaby reject those emails by detecting spams. They detect some words as a spam even the human wrote those words in his mail
Not good at all for us.
I am looking for the best solution who have good delivery rate and didn’t detect real emails as a spam.
Can buy separate email service or even we can connect it with whm.
Also, Can we setup our own email server to get rid from these issues?

Can we use MXRoute email service for our whmcs mails?
And use reseller to provide email service to clients?
+1 mxroute.
Been using since 2019
Tons do
PM me your ticket and I can look further. There are a lot of moving parts to spam filtering, and I always am looking to fix any false positives.
Google Workspace has been trouble-free in my experience.
We have single tenant Cloud email servers with dedicated resources that can be used for reselling.
There are rate limits when using our default outbound relay, but you can swap it out for a different one, use it together with an external SMTP service such as AWS SES for transactional/marketing emails, etc.
Pavin.
mail.baby support is "not good" to put it mildly. Reported few issues with their PHP API wrapper and a request. "We pass this to the devs" and no response after all. Not suitable for production.
Is there anything else which can be used as a relay in sense of mail.baby ?
+1 mxroute
Elastic email is good too but its too costly
There is an api issue reported for an error 'Cannot redeclare' which I suspect this is on. I hope to have this completely resolved very soon.
I am canvass'ing my options for email hosting for quite sometime now and I cannot stop but think "MXRoute" as my only viable choice. Right now their $15/3years is sold out and they may or may not sell it again on the next BF Sale.
And then I stumbled upon MXRoute Resellers.
They have MXRoute on their name so they must be good right?
In that thread what found was a Webhorizon (mxroute) @ $6.7/year (with a coupon) Slightly expensive ($6.7/year vs $5/year) and less storage compared to MXRoute's
BF2023 Small
package. But for my use case the downsides aren't that bad!Purelymail?
At the cost of at least $6/user/month.
We can offer in the UK we use for our Own WHMCS
if you can let us know how many users, Storage required ect ?
What's your pricing?
from £3.50 a month , if you need something a little bespoke we can customse our offering
