I am looking for an affordable dedicated server deal, preferably in the EU under $50, with at least 2-3 IPv4s, and IPv6 (not a deal-breaker), I want to experiment with Proxmox, IPMI, KVM, etc.

this is super interesting, I don't know anyone else offering the embedded EPYCs as a dedi.
