10G unmetered for the cost of a coke lmfao
I was not able to use online payments and could only top up to the balance, which made me uneasy
ID:1191, I purchased a year of service, please give me some surprises
Could you elaborate please? What payment processor were you trying to use?
I have completed the purchase, server ID: 1191, can you give me a surprise?
Done
It's oversaturated af or heavily fair shared.
ID:1185
Can I get a surprise?
I have completed the purchase, server ID: 1198, can you give me a surprise?
Isn't this VPS configured in real time? Why does it show "Waiting for configuration" after I place an order? How long does this process take?
Click the orange setup button.
Thanks
@hostaris care to explain why you can get is so cheap? Is the 10G link heavily shared?
Fair usage. We have a FUP on the home page.
It's obviously not 3000TB - our understanding of unmetered is that it is simply not measured against a static value. It does not mean you get unlimited usage of the 10 gig port.
Hope that clears it up. For typical usage there should be no issues with your bandwidth. We've only had to intervene maybe 6 times with around 500 active servers deployed.
3vCores at https://deploy.hostaris.com/vps/create
but 1vCore in this thread ...
Sorry about that. Will get it updated by an admin. It is 3.

Now I can't find my server!

Now I can't find my server!
There was unfortunately an outage in London just as I turned my phone off to enter an exam. Other staff noticed this early on but were unable to intervene. It is back online now and we are looking into the cause.
vps id: 1199
your plans show no location UK or Germany?
They do. On the sidebar there is a location dropdown.
All done. Sorry about the wait.
Support Alipay payment gateway as soon as possible. Thank you.
Hello, I would like to know what surprises you have added to my machine. Currently, from the configuration of the machine, there have been no changes. Thank you.
Thank you, I just restarted a machine and you have doubled the ARM for my machine. Thank you very much.
GB5 scores are scary
Is someone from Hostaris alive here? I'm finding the service to be quite a mess. You can look up my account by the IP currently assigned to the only VPS: 23.166.120.20
First there was the out-of-nowhere unrecoverable corruption of my UK VPS a month or two ago. Fortunately a rebuild allowed me to solve that fairly quickly.
Now my UK VPS service with Hostaris has been down for days. Hostaris doesn't currently have a ticket system and attempting to contact support via Discord is hopeless since that useless site keeps blocking access from my completely normal, personal, residential IP from my ISP. The Hostaris status page lists a UK outage on the 27th under Previous Incidents and the last status shown is "Resolved" which seems pretty inaccurate.
Today when I made my latest attempt to fix things by rebuilding the VPS (again) I was given a different IP and a VPS that is accessible, but frequently becomes unresponsive (sometimes to the point that SSH sessions time out) and then I learned that the new IP is in Arizona, USA not London, UK where it should be.
Are there any plans to fix... well, anything? The lack of a ticket system? The self-destructing VPS problem? The UK problems? The major stalling problems in Arizona? Anything?
That's Scotland, right?
