    Thank you, I see the upgrades but I am not able to log in. Tried reinstalling and looked at VNC and see "Kernel panic, system deadlocked on memory"

    Please advise.

    Did you installed any software or scripts ? as it is usually caused by some startup script that require more resources than you are allocated
