For those who are have no Idea how to setup L2TP+IPSec VPn on Ubuntu 18 or above (Assuming GNOME)

1. apt update
2. apt install network-manager-l2tp-gnome
3. Go to Settings -> Network -> VPN.
4. Tap Add (+ icon) to add a new VPn
5. Select Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol
6. Select the Identity tab and add the Gatway Add the IP
7. Select authentication type to password (it should be default though)
8. Add username and Password.
9. Tap the IpSec Settings button (it would be at the bottom of the dialog and with a spanner icon)
10. Click the checkbox to "Enable the IPSec tunnel to L2TP Host"
11. Add Machine Auhtentication type to Pre shared key(PSK)
12. Enter the preshared key
13. Click ok and save changes.
14. Enable the VPN and enjoy.
