I'v been using @balhost services since last month, and that's why i renewed my services for this month, but the problem is my servers got suspended for not paying the price but i paid the services and sent the payment confirmation link to support via tickets but nobody is answering!!
i paid for 3 servers and it's been 4 hour's that I'm disconnected and can not use these servers!!!
Please activate my Servers !!
