    You can also bring own IPs (BYOIP). Announcements on Our asn is free.
    Bgp Session If you want Bgp on this is 50€ one time.

    Im so dumb at this stuff , if we buy dedicated ip from our internet provider can we use it on server?

    No, it's more complicated. If you "dumb" don't go this BGP/BYOIP/ASN route.

    It should be that easy to control the spam.
