Need Solid VPS in TR

Hi LET Community,

I need multiple TR (Turkey) KVM/VPS/VDS with these priorities in order:

1. Reliable
2. affordable (lower than 5$/month)
3. Istanbul-located
4. Good uptime
5. 2GB of RAM is enough
6. 1 Vcore CPU is enough
7. fair price for additional IP (I need a second IPv4 for my network structure and security)
8. SSD storage
9. Monthly payment

I appreciate any comments and offers below.

I'm convinced that many so-called VDS sellers actually sell VPS with over-populated pools and after some time they lose uptime/ network speed/IO speed.

So, I'll go with even a 15$ KVM/VPS with reliable/well-known hosts.

Any suggestion?

I don't trust them, Free SSL cert, the hidden identity of the company owner, and a low score in scamadvisor.

I don't see any problem with them. I've been using them for a long time and everything works fine. Free certificate is not a problem nowadays. A lot of people use it

Do you really need to look at the owner's passport? I care if the product is provided to you and works.

That's how reliable meant, I surely need the name of the owner.
Free SSL isn't a bad thing but it also doesn't give me the trust I need, However, they accept crypto, so I don't need to put my CC details

Are you really afraid because you don't trust them to charge a credit card? They don't use WHMS The payment is taken by a third party payment company not directly affiliated with the site. They don't store the payment details as WHMS.
