If true, that seems like a weird way to run a promotion if you want to run it a second time.

I'd have thought it'd be better for 0% to be mad, ~60% to be content, ~30% to be pleased and ~10% to be ecstatic or some such variation.

Personally, I looked at the minimum possibility in each area and just thought I'd be incredibly annoyed if I'd paid $20 for that, and just ignored the whole thing from then on.
