Also, I have asked this in tickets but haven't gotten any clear answer about how long it will take these servers to be delivered. It's been 6 days since I ordered. I know your website says 24 - 48 hours which I guess can get delayed but even the deadline given in ticket(#SPJ-453112) has also passed. I don't mean to be rude or anything just want a clear deadline.

@fiberstate portal is slow and unable to access IPMI.

Its slow for sure, but I believe they had plans to work on their site is what I got from them earlier this week. So probably this is the reason I assume.
Maintenance is being done on the site, there may be some intermittency while we perform a few updates.
If you are unable to access your IPMI, that is a separate issue from site maintenance, please log a ticket and we'll have a look right away.
