@fiberstate contact through the "contact form", I asked some questions... any potential user will have no idea about the "registration & ticket" or phone number, but happy to hear that you are active via these 2 methods

You haven't submitted a ticket in the ticket system, so it is pretty normal to get a reply slowly. Cuz contacts from the "contact form" is supposed to be at low priority. Try this with most of the suppliers here. So only based on your single sales inquiry experience, how did you come up with this "if you host clients websites and your server is down you'll have hard time" conclusion?
I can tell you that as a fresh client of fiberstate for no longer than 1 month, I've already submitted a few tickets and every single one of them got a timely response and every problem got dealt with within the expected timeframe.
Be rational.
I can echo @kend that throughout the weekend I have been communicating with @fiberstate support team. Considering weekend and Super Bowl game happened Sunday evening I did not expect rapid responses, but the fact they were working reassured my confidence on their services.
@kend be rational yourself, even fiberstate didn't reacted the way you do, they clarified the situation and everyone is happy. You attacking me for sharing a general thought??? calm down bro, you must be weird!!
Even if we suppose they don't pay attention to their contact form, they will be glad to know that many other potential customers will do the same, and while you know about them from LET doesn't mean they won't get visitors directly to their website, and how do you think visitors are going to interact if not through a contact page?? comooon

Shout out to @fiberstate , I'm also a new user, and during few weeks of usage all the tickets I submitted received responses kindly within a day.
I see, thank you for the info... I had no idea about registering to use the ticket system, so I used the contact page which is what I am used to do with any service since the start of the internet, I am maybe old school
Contact page forms are generally slower responses from my experience with many providers. Submitting Tickets get faster responses.

You still didn't realize your problem bro, did you? As a rational adult, you don't make statements like "if you host clients websites and your server is down you'll have hard time" simply because you didn't get a reply to your Sales Inquiry within one day. That's stigmatization. You didn't even know you can submit a ticket to get support, then how the hell dare you to say that they won't provide timely support in critical situations?
Thanks and appreciate the feedback. We will be changing this contact form now to just a direct registration link. This form gives the false sense that its generating a ticket and it adheres to the same 24 x 7 response times that our support ticket desk provides, which it doesn't. Its a sales email.

Bro I have no issue with fiberstate, they still replying nicely to me and that prove they are adult and nice people, my statement wasn't in any way to make them looking bad as you are trying to do here with me!!! I was just frustrated with myself for not getting a reply and that's NORMAL I am a human, even though you are the only person blaming me for using a contact form (like if the contact form is prohibited, how do you get new customer if you are a business? are you serious??) I don't know how old are you, you must be living in your parent basement, but I have many responsibilities and life is already hard for me so I am tired, please give me space, let me alone, live your life like you wish, let people live in peace, if you are young and you have energy for bogging people, go use that energy somewhere where you get some ROI.
