Our 10G ports are full 10G non-shared ports. We have more than enough bandwidth to support full 10G servers. We will have a 25G server port option soon.

Along with opening a FiberState PoP within the CoreSite Los Angeles facilities and direct wave service between SLC -> LA. We'll make an official announcement with the Los Angeles PoP site is live. There will be limited server offerings from this site as well.
Hurricane Electric de-prioritizes ICMP traffic, so typical traces or MTR's via HE will normally show loss when there isn't any, the thing to look for there would be the last destination hop with 0% loss.
@artxs There may have been some brief latency over a outbound Lumen route that was corrected this evening. A bi-directional trace not just incoming would be able to pinpoint that. If you have any issues, please open a support ticket, we are here to help!

We can say this. Last several months all of our internal attention and resources have gone into expanding our network to bring the lowest latency, enhanced APAC connectivity, capacity and new PoP sites for FiberState IP transit services.
We are also bringing online a new electrical sub station within our SLC data center for expanded power capacity.
With all of this going on, our BF specials will be a little more subdued this year. There may be a flash sale here or there and as mentioned the 25G server offerings, but existing base pricing isn't expected to change on most packages.
Last month I completed 1 year with you and I can only say that the service is excellent.

where is your LA data center?
CoreSite LA2 (One Wilshire LA Complex)
SLC and LA will be sharing traffic between the two data centers. So in addition to our Tier 1 ISP's on-net in SLC, we'll be introducing direct peering from LA to China Telecom, BBIX, Any2West, PCCW, etc.. our primary goal here is to enable low latency, high-bandwidth APAC access to our primary SLC data center.
This will also be available to our colocation customers if they want a cross connect between SLC -> LA. adding this connection enables access to over 300 carrier networks less than 10ms away to SLC.

We have E5's available currently in SLC for immediate deployment. These will benefit from the direct LA connectivity soon as this PoP site is brought online, which will be around one to two weeks from now.

We will be offering a limited number of dedicated servers from the LA site, these will be primarily Ryzen 9 7950X and Ryzen 9 9950X servers available with 25G network ports. We'll make an announcement soon as the site is live and ordering is available.
