    I'm disappointed with my recent experience with HostSlick. After ordering a VPS, it took an entire day for them to initiate it. However, upon failing to connect through SSH or ping from various locations, I opened a ticket and received the following response:

    "Seems issue with hostnode.

    We can not deliver and made a refund.

    No apologies.

    To compound the frustration, not only was my VPS deleted, but the entire ticket has been inexplicably removed.

    This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

    DId you want to keep the not working, faulty VPS?
    We have refunded all those 12 orders on this specific node.
