For the special, No. They all will have the same IPv4.
If you purchase a NAT in different locations, they will have different IP's.

I tried installing WG on one of them but doesn't look like TUN drivers are enabled, Anyway to get them enabled? I was unable to open a ticket either.

A Noob in the VPS world. Bought myself a $1.69 CA VPS. As expected, diving into this has been a bit overwhelming.
My first attempt was using pivpn.io, but I hit a roadblock with the error message "Could not find any active network interface, exiting."
After a few unsuccessful attempts with different scripts, I stumbled upon this gem of a script: https://github.com/Nyr/wireguard-install (also found on Gullo's Knowledge Based)
This script seems to work seamlessly with NAT servers. I opted for Adguard DNS, scanned the QR Code, and my VPN is up and running!
Can you clarify at what price I can get additional bandwidth on NAT VPS?
It being long time since I bought new real Low-End NAT server.
Looks how thing change, I have other VPS with 3GB of RAM with PHP 8.2 I constantly run out of RAM.
I think Linux and other open source projects are not as the same before, I now have to look around and make tweaks to get new Linux distros accept my VPS with 200MB of RAM.
