    Worked with WP hosting for a while with GD.

    You may find that users are going to install plugins, updates and break WP, on a continued and consistent basis.

    I would consider a versioning backup system for wordpress, so users can roll back there updates and failed plugin installs. Otherwise you'll have a large number of customers calling or opening tickets.

    They will break it and they will expect you to fix it.

    Unless of course that's your business model. Let them break it and then charge them to fix it.

    We are already providing Daily Backups. We are working since 2018 and didn’t much complains.

    We just open this thread to get more information from providers who are in hosting business but the real providers didn’t comment.
