    Network seems a little average.

Support is great though, assisted me with mounting storage when I had no clue what I was doing. For $99/year I expected them to bill me for application support.

  • @ColoCrossing rDNS randomly vanish. VPS down. Enduser/Control panel for VPS down (throwing 500), and cannot restart VPS. Seems non stable system for any kind of usage.

ColoCrossing, being an established data center, is performing so poorly. I believe they should improve their quality and compensate their customers.

  • Still hoping it's an actual hardware fault they're eventually going to fix... although it's been like it for a nearly 4 days now. Don't get me wrong, I had very very low expectations for a $10/yr VPS but this is supposed to be an established provider, I've had more stable networks from a summer host in their parents basement.

  • More 35% discount code,please.

We believe we have identified the issue and should have resolution shortly.

  • Numerous low-priced discount codes lead to a high degree of server abuse. colocrossing should consider reasonable pricing to prevent the abuse of a large number of low-priced users.

Thanks for the update. Glad to hear it is an actual known issue with a resolution in sight, I thought it was just massively oversold.
