Excuse me, is this a 20i distribution virtual host?
Using the CDN and SSL services provided by the console and setting the 301 transfer prompt redirect too many times results in the website with SSL configured not being able to open!

Have you sent a ticket to let us check into the issue for you?

Yes I contacted the two places at the same time just in case.
Anyway, I thought you got an automated mail when you received a new order to setup the service
    Thanks

Most are automated, but seems to be if there has been a delay on the crypto networks it fails to automate.

I cant use my .ovh domain, any solution?

If you place your order using a dummy domain and once activated you can add your OVH domain in the control panel and set this as the primary domain on your account.

Is their something unique about the .ovh TLD that it acts differently than other domains?

It seems to be invalid on WHMCS when ordering, I hope that it is addressed in a future update of WHMCS
