Linux users can use all the ram but it only takes it as it needs it. Therefore the unused ram can be use by somebody else. Windows takes all the ram even if it is not using it.
Because PayPal has a 24 hour hold on it for some reason.

Yes but you will have to let me know to double the ram because its a manual process. The automatic system doesn't know anything about it.
