    We're not that big in SG yet, only 5 servers. Other locations we have atleast half rack or more. So we can't support that in SG yet.

    What's the difference between the annual and monthly VPS plans? Monthly seems notably more expensive for similar specs

    There is a problem when the host is just turned on. The host cannot connect to the external network and the host has no network.

    Ticket number is wrong or is this Invoice Number ?
