    Meh,

    • before one can do anything (like seeing their offers) one has to create an account. Leaves a bad taste.
    • Once one has an account the game is in reverse. First pay, then pick a product. Hmmm
    • Once one jumped through all the hoops one finally can pick a product ... but in a confusing way. After clicking the product (in my case 'KVM-XEON-1GB10G') one also must click the brit flag ("region/location selection") - which mentions an entirely different (Ryzen) VPS! - or else one gets an error message, a very small one at the top. Never mind that that VPS is available in one location only.

Not a good experience so far and the fact one seems to get support only via Discord doesn't make it any better (rather the contrary).

But oh well, maybe the promo VPS is really nice at least .... we'll see ...

We're rewriting the panel. You don't have to pay first. You check the products and then put in what you're paying for the product. Frankfurt is out of stock at the moment. We can only pin one CPU model to a location, so we put the CPU which is used most on the location.

Due to the rewrite of the panel, we are using Discord as a temporary support solution which is documented at our home page. You can also email me at [email protected] if you are unhappy with Discord.

That may well be the case but it didn't work for me.

There's however a first nice plus: they are friendly and willing to mount an ISO I want to my VPS.
