Network Issues
I am having trouble to access RDP with terrible latency and complete lagging to LA Node.
Upon checking, I only got below 1Mbps to VPS from Asian Region.
I raised ticket and they asked my Administrator Password to have it check for this issue.
What in the world , I meant what kind of Engineer did this company hired to make SOP of Network Checking issue like this?
For me, its a complete idiocy that I couldnt take. Even in the first year of my experience as Technical Network Engineer, I never experienced have SOP in company I worked like this.How to handle Issues, How long.
Do you need days of even half months to reply and changed the status of ticket from In Progress to Answer?
It is complete idiot I think to let customer to wait for almost half a month without any solution while the issue was an easy to solved for Certified Engineer that capable of Network Related.I questioned a lot of the Engineers
They finally give solution to move the service the other node
I told them that this would be not effective since it does not related to the core system.
It it network related issue that should be solved with Network Solution
Based on all of these ,
are you gonna trust for this Un-Profesional Company to hold and running your VPS ?
For me , its enough. Enough TIME to WASTE
And I kept wondering why the Head Manager or OWNER did not aware of this
Hopefully my experience did not repeat to all of you guys

If you wish to be a uncertifiable notwork engineer you must have no desire to troubleshoot.
Also props on OP for having a Low T karen moment. Gotta demand for that manager and provide zero troubleshooting aids. Very professional especially after threatening to post a thread about it on LET.
