    Sorry can't offer trials, but I can do one thing for you, just order a VDS in Dallas and if you don't like it, let me know I'll credit the amount in your account as credit balance if that works for you ?

    Offering trials creates a lot of mess with record keeping and also sets a trend for all users which I don't want to get into.

    R40 has been offline again for two hours, and it still hasn't recovered. I manually restarted it from the console, but I received an error message: '1) The operation could not be completed.' Is there a recurring issue with this node???? It has gone offline many times recently.

    In EU we are starting with Xeon GOLD CPU, but may be Ryzens also in next 1-2 months if there is enough demand

    Well try from another mirror and check speed in general

    Rclone may not have good routing to LA or specific carriers

    There could be multiple reasons

    Also try https://www.speedtest.net/apps/cli and check the results

    I just did some digging and it seems the mirror of rclone from which you are downloading is in Finland - IP: 95.217.6.16

    May be the mirror from which you download with our other provider is based in US or may be VPS with other provider is in EU.

    these are the possible reasons that I can find based the on the limited information shared by you
