Hi! I forgot my password to the Direct Admin web panel, do you guys not offer to reset the password even after the user is logged in to the client portal?
Once I forgot the password to myw.pt's web hosting and support was really helpful in resetting the password for me, it seems like you/your support agent just doesn't want to help me even after I asked to wipe the entire data and reset the password, bad experience for me.
You are not a paid customer but a free custom which got our service free when we gave free-forever offer.

Now on support ticket you have asked to reset the password and put it on support ticket which we declined for security reason. Will you agree if we ask you to provide your ID for verification to reset the password because if someone else gain access of your onevirt account and ask for password, do you think we will provide him/her your password so that they can destroy or use all your secure data?
Also.
You asked us to remove data from our entire server, so why do you think we will erase the entire data of our server just because one of our Free client forget his password?
Do you think you are the only client who is hosted on a single High End server?
I'm sure @MikePT from myw.pt will also not remove his entire server for one client like you, even you paid @MikePT but with us you are a free client who using our service for free.

Sorry I used the wrong wording, I know I used the word "entire server" I meant to delete my files and recreate the account for me not boot your other clients.
I am not afraid to share our tickets here, but support could have easily suggested me if I want to opt for re-creating account, in MikePT's case support did not wipe my data and provided me a new password just by opening 1 ticket.

The screenshot you provided only shows how to see my own password, which I have already changed and forgotten that's the reason I am asking to reset the password in the first place.
NO, you did not teach me how to reset the password within your client portal, show me the proof? I have taken screenshots and video of the entire conversation on the tickets page, prove me wrong? You are a big liar!
I know my wording of "server wipe" is wrong but understanding the problem and helping customers is up to the support in which you failed from my perspective, the rest of everyone can see and decide.
about booting me from your services, you are more than welcome to terminate my account as it has been of no use because you guys never helped in getting back the access.

If asking to reset DirectAdmin's password is abusing support you should stop providing any services! Don't need your free / paid service after this experience.

@MikePT for web hosting; has always helped whatever the problem via DMs here or tickets in the client portal.
@MikeA for VPS, amazing support, brilliant server, and network performance, expensive than other providers but 100% worth every cent.
@labze : had a VPS server with them, network + performance were great, also the pricing is very affordable as per the quality of service.
I have not used MikeA and Labze's web hosting but read only positive reviews about them here so they are great options as well.
