My order number is #1133190488, however, the payment hasn't done yet because PayPal ask me to use my card even my balance is enough for that. I wonder why I must allow PayPal get money from my card in the future when this is a lifetime order, it means just one time payment.

Yes, it seems there's a problem with Paypal. I added a new card and there's no choice to use PayPal balance, just 2 cards, however, in the end it got money from my balance.
