Need cheap VPS for sampling Binance (OpenVZ is OK)

As you all know my OpenVZ instance with ChicagoVPS is expiring next week and I need a replacement.

What I need: (min specs)

• 2 GB memory
• 20 GB HDD
• 1TB / month
• dedicated IPv4
• any location except US, CA, RU, CN, HK, AU
• fucking stable (sorry Calin )

That's all!

It can be OpenVZ, LXC, whatever. Price is king!

GreenCloud is amazing, I already have one VPS with them, but I need a different provider for redundancy. @EthernetServers made some promises about provisioning European servers but so far nothing.

How did you solve this impasse? I couldn't find these results, there's no out-of-the-box way of capturing and sorting all this information.

I'm checking your reviews and all seems reasonable for what I'm looking for. But it's sad knowing that 55% of that already small price is washed away by the Italian taxes. Wondering if everything is OK with sustainability.

You're right, it's something even more considering the whole taxation but these are marginal offers, not our main business.
