I found some funny thing about Hosteurope.de services cancel and support , look like not worth for the trouble

    https://hostadvice.com/hosting-company/host-europe-reviews/

seems the scores are too slow :#

Its not going to be Ryzen, that is for sure.

but seems many bad reviews with their customer support :#

Can't be worse than my Sweden VPS that was 2€ and had a 20% CPU cap on an E5 so I got 100 points in Geekbench 5.
Also zero reviews from this year.

You can pay delete those reviews. Hostadvice is crap site.

    Trustpilot has 4k reviews.
    Will see though, when deployed.

Lol, Trustpilot should not be seen as a legit source of customer reviews. It’s easily manipulated.

    Strasbourg is good.
    Mumbai is good.

    No idea about Phoenix yet.
Singapore is fucked, prem TATA up to 90% packet loss.

Lets test the 24/7 premium support.

Premium 24/7 support take 3 days(or 2 days in german work time) to answer about billing in english so look like premium for german only

The invoice is delayed for a few days, don't ask me why.
Even if you paid instant with CC.

From Russia I got declined right away, even without any request for documents. So others might as well not waste time trying.

Because the payment would be blocked or because hosteurope is at the front line of a social justice war?

I already made a payment using a foreign card, and they reverted it. You could say it's not fine to use one country's CC to pay orders made from another country, but a lot of hosts have no issue with that.

They actually verify your physically address by sending your a letter.
Found a angry email today in my mailbox, saying my letter got rejected.

  • @Neoon did you got an answer about the SG network? It seems to be a bit better now as they don't route all EU traffic from SG via the US anymore (but still some :/ )

And yes, I got a paper letter as well and even some competence in their billing support phone line...

I didn't ticket them yet, since its just a mesh node.
It did improve a bit though, It used to track 50+ links with issues.

    Seems fine, kinda, now.

However tracking more packet loss and jitter than usual yea.
