    Can't be worse than my Sweden VPS that was 2€ and had a 20% CPU cap on an E5 so I got 100 points in Geekbench 5.
    Also zero reviews from this year.

    You can pay delete those reviews. Hostadvice is crap site.

    @Neoon so did you saw an option to choose Asia or North America/USA as a region as well? (You say you did choose Europe and got Strasbourg) - I mean, if they do the same specs in Asia (SG or India) it would be interesting...

    Please provide a scan of
1. an official ID (e.g. driving license, passport or ID card) and
2. a utility bill from the last 3 months (e.g. gas, water or electricity bill) showing your name and address, and
3. a signed cover letter confirming the order (please only sign by hand as we cannot accept digital signatures). You are welcome to use the first pages of the order confirmation you received as a template for this. Alternatively, an informal letter containing the required information is sufficient.

    after I sent them all the documents which they asked for, they denied me, although all the details and documents are true, what the shame :s

    although all the names on the documents are mine, but it's chinese name, and the gas/water/electric bill in China has no english version, I don't know if it's because of this :#

    but, I didn't met such issues with the validation of other europe companies such as OVH and Hetzner

    From Russia I got declined right away, even without any request for documents. So others might as well not waste time trying.
