need a poland vps for semi-idling
requirements:
- warsaw (anywhere in east ok)
- ram at least 512 mb
- network at least 200 mbps
- kvm
- ipv4, NATed or not
- important: ipv6
- shouldnt go down every 2 hours
other specs dont matter as long as the vps is usable
purpose is vpn for personal use & bgp playground
budget: as low as feasible

I had a free trial on their IPv6-only KVM and it didn't go down every 2 hours.

Server idling for half of the time is idler or not?
Limbo. If you idle, you must idle. There is no in between. After 10 years you show uptime and receive mental pleasure from it. That's how you idle. Professional idlers are entirely different league, deserves new topic.
I have one VPS from them, 100% uptime since I bought it (~3 months) and no other issue.

Yes, it is monthly. On bandwidth overusage you will be shaped to 10mbps.
