Dealing with BGP for $6 /month is simply not worth it for us. We may introduce a paid addon in the future.
We don't have a looking glass up at the moment, we should have it back soon. For now here are some test IPs:

Chicago - 172.81.129.13
Yeah, one time fee wouldn't be as bad, there are many cheap BGP providers in Kansas City or Toronto but nothing in Chicago or Buffalo. (Hosthatch in Chicago is $50 setup $10/m which is a lot)

Can you let us know what issues you are having with BItPay? We do know it takes them a bit of time to confirm payments, and intend to switch from them eventually.

For now we're not offering anything lower, possibly in the future though. We may offer a NAT only lower plan with no dedicated IPv4.
Indeed, the VPS performs as it should be. I have no comment for it. The CPU, storage and network is really good (you can check the full benchmark on my site).
Maybe because there are still a few clients in this node? Who knows.
This node is actually almost full, and will likely be sold out today. Performance should stay just as it currently is for good.
