Miguel @MikePT is an awesome guy in 2019. I had two services with him , one in Germany which was a reseller plan and a smaller one in LA. I completely forgot about the latter.
Nearly 3 years later I logged into my account to see that the LA service was inactive, one ticket to him. He transferred it to his new and shiny service in Singapore.
Bottom-line : only one ticket in three years for a service that has been performing fairly well over years now.
You may want to give him a try if you are looking for a good DA Based hosting provider. I only wish he starts a service in India with INR billing so that I can sign up again. Best wishes

Second time it happens in the last few weeks. Hardware will be replaced with 7950X. This server had 1000+ uptime days like two weeks ago. We've burned it.
Will this hardware replacement result in IP change, or are we safe from that? Noone is waiting for updating all DNS entries after change

Well, lifetime means till the end of the company. I have the package for 2 or 3 years already, it works perfectly! I have all the nightly backups on my own server, so can switch whenever, but during those years I already saved tons of money
Anyhow, I can only say positive about MyW!
