    Should be sorted now. Due to limitations with our current setup (hence the rewrite), we can't differentiate bandwidth limits between the 2 locations - they have to be manually changed.

    Yeah - there is a confirmation too letting you know how it "cancels" your service.

    Your wording confused me a little though, if you have a balance in your account and you turn off auto-renew on your VM, the balance won't be used to renew it.

    We offer refunds on a case-to-case basis - factors such as how long you have used the service and how heavy the service was used go into the result.
