Dedipath in NY/NJ is down AGAIN

My servies went down at 1:34 P.m. CST and have been down since. No word back from Dedipath yet or anyone else. Is it just me?

As an active customer with active services, I would have recieved an email or notification. I'm signed in on their website and see nothing... So please dont troll.

Ignore the trolls, there's no problems with DediPath. They're are hard at working fixing your servers right now.
Please activate the disaster recovery plan button. This one to be found somewhere in the Dedipath [Deadpool] client dashboard.
I understand they actually closed their doors now... I'm reading through the long a$$ forum rn. Does anyone know how I get my equipment back?

If you had colocation with them then you will want to ensure you have the location of your equipment and serial numbers etc. Then try reaching out to the emails provided.
Hopefully you have good luck getting it out of their quickly. Sometimes it can take a long time.
If you are DediPath's direct customer you should have received an email notification of their Closure of business on August 31st around 3:20AM
I received no such email unfortunately but Evocative responded to my email in <5 minutes so thats slightly reassuring
I didn't receive the initial email either, I only received the second email from them ("Updates Regarding Our Ongoing Situation").

Suddenly I can reach my router again from one of my sites in texas, but I can't reach it from Missouri or Minnesota. Pulling backups now. Idk how it got online but its reachable in Texas somehow

Yea, seems they're using different distro groups. First email came to my active client email. Second went to an old one that no longer exists as a client. Second email mentioned a third email to come, but I haven't gotten it. It also mentioned to contact DediPath support if needed - which was all fired based on a few sources. They, obviously, aren't responding to anybody's tickets so...
Data is more precious than equipment.
