Why are people worried about IH? FYI all my VPSs with them are running fine. Is there an issue?
My 2 NL VMs on KVM16ams seems to be unreachable since 2023-09-07 14:56 GMT. The VMs appear to be online on the control panel, but they are not even accessible via VNC. At one point in time, only 1 of the 2 VMs on this node was unreachable.
Ticket has been created. But there has been no response yet. Has Anthony left InceptionHosting, which is now owned by Clouvider?
He works for them, he still replied to my Tickets.
So far with my VM's no issues, never had any.
I have a few other VMs at Inception Hosting's NL location and they appear to be fine. The problem seems to be confined to the host KVM16ams.

It is strange that the 2 VMs went offline at different times. My guess is that it could be due to disk failure.
There has been no communication from InceptionHosting since when the ticket was created.
Incidentally, I have just received response from InceptionHosting on the ticket. They have found the problem, and should be fixed now.
Yes my NL VPS was down for about 3-4 hours but it's all good now. It's up!

The issue was caused by the backend software are caused a handful of servers on this node to be unreachable, we will report it upstream and take steps to prevent further occurrences.
