hi, the website is down and i cant reach my vps, anyone lese having an issue ?

Yep. Down since 1.5 hours ago.
My VPS (FRA) is still reachable, but their website seems to be down.
Which location? My VPS in Phoenix is online.

Isn't inception hosted or partnered with Clouvider? If so I doubt they would deadpool without warning, must be an unannounced maintenance.
since about 5am UK time, looks like power / network / rack issues.

Inception Hosting uses Clouvider UK Datacenter/Network. So the issue is network/datacenter related as stated on Clouvider Status page: https://www.clouviderstatus.net/
Maybe a good time to InceptionHosting have their own Status Page...

Inception is a wholly owned subsidy of Clouvider.
Asking for a Inception status page is like asking for a separate dashboard for your vehicle's front left wheel.
My OVZ based VPS with them was unreachable too (Node: VZ27). But looks like it was only a network outage, because the VPS uptime doesn't changed, the running processes not stopped.
Sadly they are communicating less on LET since Clouvider bought them.
Well my client page is different for Inception Hosting as compared to client page of Clouvider
so it makes sense to have different status webpages
Any ideas how long Inception Hosting take to respond to tickets? They used to be fairly fast.

hi, anyone else raised a ticket for SLA credit for the down time ? i raised a ticket but till now no reply , its a red flag for me , i will not renew this server, i am on yearly plan
How long did you open the ticket?
Also do not know if you have any right to a SLA credit, since on their FAQ page: https://inceptionhosting.com/faq.html it says 99%, that is 7h:14m:41s downtime per/month.
But on other hand, on their homepane it says 99.9% or else "next month is on the house" that is 43m:28s.
To confirm, only way is with their support.

Please read my post again, since I updated it. Also you did not respond to the question. How long did you open the ticket without response? Im asking since I also have services there and about 3 weeks ago contacted support for a non urgent issue and was fast (they responded in some hours).

Non-urgend issues can take a while at inception hosting, have encountered autoclosing (72 hours time out) one or the other before I've got a reply.
FWIW: my NL server is working fine.
