    Flexential hardware release on Thursday or Friday.

    And we will coordinate with the new provider to re-activate the Qeru LLC servers.

    Qeru's web site is currently down, so Qeru should not be able to contact you using that. (That's probably why Qeru can't even send emails to customers) If necessary, you need to use this LET.

    Update

    Tomorrow our new supplier will pick up the hardware from flexential.

    As we lost access several days ago. I have no way to shut it down remotely.

    Hopefully everything will be fine. After the shutdown.

  • I was able to confirm that my VPS has been restored. The contents were the same as they were 4 days ago. It's probably starting to become visible.

    The server was down this time more than my VPS.

    • September 11th 16:00 (UTC)
    • September 11th 9:00 (PDT) / 10:00 (MDT) / 11:00 (CDT) / 12:00 (EDT)
    • September 12th 1:00 (JST)

    Yes, it was late at night in Japan. So, I woke up in the morning and realized this.

    The new provider has already installed our servers

    We are now checking that all VMs are running smoothly.

    We are still working on our main server which has the web and dns servers.

    We will inform you the next steps

    We already have access to the web, mail and invoicing.

    • Let's finish checking all the VMs
    • Customers will receive a credit in their accounts.
    • Customers who opened disputes and received a refund, will have until their billing date enough time to be able to access their VPS, to save the information they need.

    all vps are accesible

    Login password to the panel do not work.
    Also, do not get mail to restore the password, despite site said, that password was sent.

    I can also browse the Qeru web and the client area is working. Qeru appears to be fully recovered.
