It is true, I opened a ticket with @jbiloh indicating if I could advertise the companies, and he indicated that both could advertise.

If this is a mistake, or I misunderstood.

I apologize and you can delete the post to start it from my account.

We haven't made any announcements; the sale concluded just a few days ago. Our intention is to maintain the companies as they are, with each continuing to operate using its own resources.

Well, there's nothing wrong with having multiple brands under the same company.
    Notable examples include:

    • Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity
    • Facebook, Instagram
    • Kellogg, Pringles
    • Pizza Hut, Habit Burger

However, it's important for customers to be aware who they are entering a contractual relationship with.
For example, if a customer has been banned by George Data Center due to chargeback or ToS violation, they should not attempt to sign up with Qeru LLC at this time because they would eventually be banned as well.

Looks like these were pulled offline this morning. Funny, since I just paid my bill this weekend. Had no clue these were impacted at all, because owner had zero communication with clients.

It seems that flexential has disconnected all our servers without warning.

We are trying to contact them to find out what happened.

Until today we knew that they were still working on releasing our hardware.

We are still working to restore this. Please do not open a dispute before talking to us in case you would like a refund.

    How about no.
You had the chance to contact clients and let them know what the situation was
You've effectively cost clients downtime, and money here.

well, in all fairness, as @georgedatacenter mentioned
flexential has disconnected all the servers without warning.

so this is kinda unexpected and he is already looking into the possible options

    to Qeru's customers

We are working to restore services.

For now we can offer you a space on our dallas servers at GeorgeDatacenter.

We look forward to hearing from you flexentially as to when we can pick up the equipment, and coordinate the downtime we will have.

but this has been without notice.

You can send an email to [email protected]

if you wish to accept this alternative or need a refund.

    Regards

I'm gonna go ahead and call BS on this one
ALL mail from qeru is sent to a specific inbox
A screenshot of said inbox, how it looks right now.. Mail has been received in the past few days , but nothing about this

As far as "for now".... Not acceptable. You seriously expect people to set things back up, again? It's on you to make things right here, to communicate with clients the potential downtime.

I get why you didn't do so. You didn't want clients leaving. However, the reality is that you did not communicate with clients at all.

Don't put this on flexential. This is on you . You chose to leave your clients in the dark

  • georgedatacentergeorgedatacenter Member, Patron Provider

    No,

We informed that we would be affected by the dedipath.

We just wanted flexential to release our hardware to ship to the new location.

Those would be days of downtime.

Now I find out about this

Unitas Global may have cut the transit to all locations for Dedipath, Phoenix, Dallas, Denver, Atlanta all went down in terms of connectivity.
